A Midsummer Night’s Dream

This Fall, The Glove Theatre and Trust Your Gut Productions bring you a new adaptation of William Shakespeare’s beloved comedy of feuding fairies, mistaken lovers, and a group of wacky mechanicals. Directed and adapted by Ashley Olmstead, A Midsummer Night’s Dream finds a new light under the southern moon, newly contextualized within the cryptic woods and mystic valleys of Southern Appalachia. This adaptation also features original music by Lillian Nevins, helping to bring this new setting for Shakespeare to life.

We are seeking talented and dedicated theatre performers of high school age and above to fill out the cast of this unique adaptation.
