Kathleen is an Associate Partner/Executive Compensation Consultant at Aon. She works with Boards of Directors and C-Suites to benchmark and design leadership compensation programs – including annual and long-term incentive programs aligned to individual and corporate performance metrics. Kathleen manages a team of Executive Compensation consultants and serves as a member of Aon’s Executive Compensation leadership team focused on training and development of staff, recruiting, and special assignments.

Kathleen joined The Glove Theatre’s Board in 2023. In addition to being President, she is a member of the Finance Committee and Chairs the Fundraising Committee. Kathleen has served as Board Member, Vice President, and President of the Peck’s Lake Protective Association (PLPA). During her years in Redding Connecticut, Kathleen also served as a Vestry (Board) member and on various committees at Christ Church Parish. Kathleen also volunteers with the Caroga Arts Collective.

Ms. Perrott is also a key sponsor of the Love The Glove Film Series, 518 Concert Series , Glove Education Series, and Summer of Youth Programs. Perrott founded both the 518 Concert and Glove Education Series.

Kathleen received an MBA Industrial Psychology from Baruch College and a BS Psychology/Business from Sacred Heart University.
