Samantha Hall-Saladino

Museum Committee Chair

Samantha Hall-Saladino is the Executive Director at the Fulton County Historical Society in Gloversville, serves as the Fulton County Historian, and is a part-time faculty member in the Public History Graduate Program at the University of Albany. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in History and English from Russell Sage College and holds a Masters in Museum Studies from the University of New Hampshire. With over a decade's experience in working for non-profits, Samantha's focus is on ensuring relevance, equity, inclusion, accessibility, and diversity in museum policies and programming in each position she's held. As a life-long resident of Fulton County, she's passionate about preserving local history as a means to create a vibrant center of arts, culture, and commerce to improve quality of life in our county.

In addition to joining the Glove Theatre board in 2024, Samantha also serves as 2nd Vice-President of the Board of Directors for the Association of Public Historians of NYS (APHNYS) and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Museum Association of New York (MANY) and the Memorial Hall Cultural and Arts Center. She's a performer in her own right and has appeared on stage with Sacandaga Musical Theater and at the Glove.
